Jessica Dahldorf is an LPC with years of individual and group experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is currently under the supervision of Victoria Kessinger, LCPC who is intensively trained by The Linehan Institute and utilize an adherent DBT approach.
Jessica is a masters-level practitioner committed to delivering adherent and effective DBT to teens, adults and families and specializes in emotion regulation and managing high-risk self-harming and suicidal behaviors.
She is passionate about mindfulness and believes that it carves the path for moving through life’s pain with acceptance, compassion and gratitude. By accepting where we are now, she hopes to guide you towards the change needed to build a life worth living.
If you were to ask her family and friends, you’d learn that Jess is always dancing, never stops talking about the mind-body connection, thinks she’s really funny, always leaves the house with a pair of headphones, and will often celebrate when you take a long exhale.
