Anne Marie is a master-level therapist who received her degree from Northwestern University's The Family Institute in 2018. After, Anne Marie received the post-Masters DBT Fellowship where she was rigorously trained and supervised in DBT and RO-DBT therapies.
In 2021 she has the opportunity to be trained in DBT- Prolonged Exposure with the creator of the treatment.
Since then, she has been committed to delivering adherent DBT therapy to Adult Individual clients struggling with emotion regulation, trauma, and suicidality. She believes that with a balance of acceptance and change, and a true commitment to the DBT skills, all clients can not only build a life worth living, but a life that is eager to be lived.
When Anne Marie is not practicing DBT, she loves to run, spend time with her huge family, and try new restaurants in the city.
